The Family Table
"Katt and Mathy Farms? Did I hear that name correctly?" Yes, sir, you did! In 1992, a young couple named Matt and Kathy received a wedding day toast from Jim Goin (Matt's dad) who wished "Katt and Mathy all of the happiness in the world".
In order to fulfill that wish, they bought a farm and started a cattle operation. Our happiness is directly connected to the product we produce. We raise All Natural Black Angus Beef cattle in beautiful Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. These cattle graze on sweet pasture grass and are never given growth hormones or antibiotics (making them All Natural). Their diet is supplemented by some grain to aid in the marbleization of the meat (meaning they taste better) and because they love it! Cared for by a passionate farmer, they bask in the glorious sun, rest under gentle oak trees, and relax to classical and blues beats in the barn. Check out the playlist!
